Who we are

Maintaina is a vehicle-maintenance logbook app, independently developed and published under the name Maintaina. It is not currently operated through a registered company — until one is set up, you're contracting with the individual developer behind Maintaina.

The service

Maintaina lets you log maintenance history for your vehicles, set reminders based on date or mileage, and optionally attach documents to service entries. It's available as a mobile app and a web app, with your data synced between the two.

Accounts

You need an account (email and password) to use Maintaina. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each account is tied to a single email address.

Free and Premium plans

The Free plan covers one vehicle with unlimited maintenance history and reminders, at no cost. Paid plans unlock more vehicles and add features such as document attachments and PDF export — exact limits and features for each plan are shown on the pricing page and may change with advance notice.

You can cancel Premium at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which your account automatically reverts to Free.

Acceptable use

Don't use Maintaina to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that could harm other users or the service itself.

Your content

You own the vehicle and maintenance data you enter into Maintaina. We only use it to provide the service to you — to display your history, compute reminders, and generate the PDF exports you request.

Availability

Maintaina is built and maintained by a single developer on a best-effort basis. While we aim for high availability, there's no guaranteed uptime service level, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of Maintaina after a change means you accept the updated terms.
