Data we collect

Account data: your email address, a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text), and — only if you choose to provide them — your first name, last name, and organization name.

Vehicle and maintenance data: whatever you choose to enter — vehicles, service entries, mileage, reminders, and any documents (invoices, photos) you attach on a paid plan.

Preferences: your chosen language, distance unit, fuel unit, and currency.

Why we collect it

Solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, store and display your maintenance history, compute reminders, generate PDF exports, and sync your data between the mobile and web apps. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to third parties.

Where it's hosted

Your data is hosted with infrastructure providers based in the European Union, in line with EU data residency standards for EU users.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Deleting a vehicle or a service entry removes it immediately. Deleting your account (available anytime from the app) permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Your rights

You can access and export your maintenance history as a PDF at any time from the app (paid plans). You can delete individual data — a vehicle, a maintenance entry, a reminder, or an attached document — at any time, without deleting your account, directly from the app. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings — no need to contact us.
