Is Maintaina free to use?
Yes. The Free plan lets you track 1 vehicle with unlimited maintenance history and reminders. Paid plans (Premium, Pro and Enterprise) add more vehicles, document attachments (invoices, photos), and PDF export. Premium also comes with a 7-day free trial.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Your data is stored with EU-based infrastructure providers. You can access, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Does Maintaina work in miles or kilometers?
Both. You can switch between kilometers/miles and euros/dollars in your account settings at any time.
Can I use Maintaina on both my phone and a computer?
Yes, your account and data sync automatically between the mobile app and the web app.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account permanently removes your vehicles, maintenance history, reminders, and any attached documents. This can't be undone, so we recommend exporting a PDF first if you want to keep a copy.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep your plan's features until the end of the year you've already paid for, then automatically drop back to the Free plan.
